Mechanical Licensing Requests

For any mechanical licensing requests for permission to use a Paul Overstreet song (i.e. recording his songs on your own CD, using his music in television and/or DVD video, independent artists, and/or record labels), please fax your request to: Scarlet Moon Music, Inc., Attention Andi Miller Smith to: (615) 951-3151, or call (615) 952-3999. All requests must be put in writing for permission and obtaining a license before using his music (do not use the form above). We will quote you the amount of the license and send a signed license for your signature. Be sure to include the full name of the song(s) you are requesting. Please, allow 2 full weeks (14 days) to obtain permission.

Booking Requests

To request a booking for a Paul Overstreet performance, please include the name of the event, location, date and time, and what type of event (festival, concert, and/or private corporate event, etc). Please submit your request using the contact form above, Attention: Andi Miller Smith or fax to (615) 952-3151. All requests for performance must also include the number of songs to perform and whether you request a band or just Paul and his guitar. Include your contact name, phone number and the corporate budget for the event including cost of performance and/or travel. All requests will be reviewed and answered within 30 days.
