can I order tracks for Paul's songs?
- Tracks are available for many of pauls songs.
They are $10 each including shipping and handling.

recording, just leave your name, phone number,
credit card info, and address and we'll send it
right out.
- Does
Paul have sheet music available?
- No he does not, but we are considering putting
together a book of sheet music. So please keep
checking back to the website for updates.
- How long
does it take for an order to ship from Paul's store?
- Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.
- Is
Paul in need of musicians?
- Not currently. If you would like you can fax
us your resume at 615-952-3151. You never know
what will happen in the future.
- Can I pay
COD for merchandise in Paul's store?
- No. We're sorry but we only accept credit card
and prepaid orders. For prepaid orders, please
check the store for an order form that you can
print and mail along with your check. Please do
not forget to include shipping and tax if applicable.
- Can
I play Paul's music at our church's worship service?
- You may perform Paul Overstreet's music in a
worship service or church production as long as
no admission is charged. If you plan to charge
admission to the event, you must first receive
permission by Scarlet Moon Music and/or the company's
copyright administrator.
- How do I request a mechanical license for Paul's music?
- For any mechanical licensing requests for permission
to use a Paul Overstreet song (i.e. recording his
songs on your own CD, using his music in television
and/or DVD video, independent artists, and/or record
labels), please fax your request to: Scarlet Moon
Music, Inc., Attention Andi Miller Smith to: FAX:
(888) 739-8086, or call (615) 952-3999. All requests
must be put in writing for permission and obtaining
a license before using his music. We will quote you
the amount of the license and send a signed license
for your signature. Be sure to include the full name
of the song(s) you are requesting. Please, allow
2 full weeks (14 days) to obtain permission.
- How do I go about booking Paul for a concert or event?
- To request a booking for a Paul Overstreet performance,
please include the name of the event, location, date
and time, and what type of event (festival, concert,
and/or private corporate event, etc). Please submit
your request using our online
contact form, Attention:
Andi Miller Smith or fax to: (888) 739-8086. All
requests for performance must also include the number
of songs to perform and whether you request a band
or just Paul and his guitar, an exact performance
date and venue, as well as your budget for the event
including travel arrangements. Include your contact
name, phone number . All requests will be reviewed
and answered within 30 days once we have contacted
Paul and reviewed his schedule and interest.
