Hi ya'll--
  Hope everyone is having a fantastic week and most important - lets hope you have sunshine and nice temperatures.  Its getting warmer here in Tennessee (finally) --  nice spring like weather :)

Just to update you, Paul's been writing and working on some stuff,  spent some time relaxing on the beach for his birthday with the family --    he stays busy in the studio, doing some producing as well working with some other artists, as well as writing and performing himself.

Hey Paul Overstreet fans-- if you don't already keep up with Paul's sons Chord & Nash here is some recent info:

Chord Overstreet - be sure to check him out on the show "The Middle" on Wednesday night 9/28/2011 on ABC. Check your local tv for times/listings as we are in central time. Chord played the character of "Sam" last season in the hit tv show GLEE and since leaving the show you will probably see and hear alot more of him. He will be working on a new album soon I hear as well. Be sure to watch him on ABC tomorrow night and we will try to update news in future on new album.

Paul Overstreet photo with his new Country Music Trail marker !

The Country Music Trail, Vancleave’s Paul Overstreet became Jackson County’s first marker recipient at a ceremony Tuesday.

The trail markers, researched and placed by the Mississippi Development Authority, were first unveiled in 2010 and have honored such musical pioneers as Conway Twitty, Faith Hill, Jimmie Rodgers and Marty Stuart.

Overstreet earned his marker with a career of more than 30 years both recording his own songs and writing several big hits for the likes of George Jones, Randy Travis and The Judds and kenny chesney.

You may have noticed Paul's website looks slightly different since the recent upgrades that took effect January 2, 2011. Please feel free to browse around and learn where everything is. The shopping cart is easy to use and hasn't changed alot, but where things are located are slightly different.:) The Store has Reopened since the holidays and business as usual , so feel free to place orders. We still have a special on "Forever & Ever Amen" for $7.00 and the 2 demo cds for $20 running for a limited time.

In upcoming days ahead we hope to have new more recent photos of Paul on his website. We're in process of updating some pictures as well. As soon as we have any 2011 dates from Paul we will also post those for any shows he has open to the public this year.
